About Our Classes
We offer group classes, private lessons, workshops, and private pole parties. Deciding which one to sign up for is entirely up to you. Group classes are perfect for those who want to explore the art of pole dancing at a more economical rate. If you are planning a special performance or just looking to get into shape, private lessons may get you to your goals sooner. Have a special event that calls for a celebration? Then one of our private pole parties is a perfect way for you and your friends to explore the art of pole dancing together.
Attention students: We use a scheduling software called MindBody (Click Here to see our Class Schedule for the week). Please create an account with them to begin scheduling your classes. Also, we recommend form-fitting shorts and a tank top for all pole classes and long form-fitting pants or leggings for our aerial hoop classes.
Groupon users: To use your Groupon, visit our Online Store, click on Series and Memberships, then select Group Classes. You can select a Single, 5 Class, or 10 Class Pass, depending on which Groupon you purchased. You will only need to do this ONCE. You do NOT need to enter a promotional code, but you WILL need to bring your printed Groupon voucher, or have it ready to go on your smart phone.

Personal Training
Personal training is intended for those who wish to receive personalized attention or who want to move beyond the beginner level. You will learn the basic pole moves, pole spins and floor work. This course is recommended for those that wish to master the basics and to build the foundation necessary for intermediate and advanced levels of pole dancing.
Beginner – Level 1
This class is for those with little to no pole experience, focusing on grip, balance, momentum, and control. You will learn the history of pole dance, basic pole tricks and grips, transitions off the ground, basic two-handed spins, and pole slides.
Beginner – Level 2
Level 2 students will continue learning pole transitions and body strengthening moves by applying the skills they learned in Level 1. In this class the tricks and spins become more involved and the strength training is ramped up to meet your stronger bodies. Each class will include instruction on how to polish your transitions and pole tricks, as well as work on splits for the pole, thigh holds, and handstands.
Intermediate – Level 3
Learn how to twist, invert, and thigh grip as we practice intermediate tricks and spins. We will focus on proper form for inversions and holds, building core muscles while increasing awareness on the pole.
Intermediate – Level 4
Level 4 classes will focus on improving upon climbing and inverting on the pole, as well as the basics of shoulder mounts. This class will also build upon the previous levels’ tricks and spins.
Advanced – Level 5
This class is for students who want to join the elite and experience new heights! This level turns everything upside-down by taking pole inversions, aerial tricks and more advanced one-handed spins to the next level. We will work on refining existing intermediate moves to bring your pole fitness skills to a higher level. You must be able to climb and invert comfortably.
Burlesque for Pole
This intermediate to advanced level class will help inspire you to spice up your pole work! In Burlesque for Pole, you will blend trick combos with both detailed choreography and improvisation, focusing on transitions in between pole tricks, floor work, and sexy, sensuous movement. Occasionally high heels will be worn for routines, so keep them handy. Level 3 and up.
Sexy Flow
This sexy choreography class focuses on fluid movement on the floor and around the pole, keeping one foot on the ground at all times. In this class you will target your balance and flexibility while practicing beautifully instructed routines, and build up the strength you will need later to incorporate climbing and spins into your dancing. This class is beginner level 2 and up.
Savage Flow
This is Sexy Flow all amped up on heavy metal! Get your hard rock on as you create pole dance flow combinations infused with sinuous floor-work and customized advanced trick combos. This class is not for the faint of heart, Levels 3 and up please! Attending students must be comfortable with inverts and splits. This class is high heel optional.
Pole Fit
Develop endurance, strength, power, stamina and mobility on the pole. You will be pushed to the limits of your strength and endurance while burning calories. This class is for both men and women who want to tone and strengthen their bodies in a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. This class is an all-inclusive resistance-training program and is open to all levels. This class is not dance-oriented.

Stretching & Conditioning
This flexibility training class blends exercise with overall well-being by releasing muscle tension, decreasing stress, reinforcing proper alignment, and enhancing coordination. All levels welcome and bring a yoga mat if you have one.
Lyra (Aerial Hoop) 101
Aerial hoop, also known as the lyra or cerceau, is a circular aluminum device resembling a hula hoop that is suspended in the air, upon which acrobats can perform aerial dance or gymnastics. The hoop can be used as a stationary, swinging or spinning apparatus. Learn various ways to mount the hoop, upper and lower knee hangs, poses, spins, how to create momentum, and how to safely dismount.
Proper attire for this class is yoga pants or leggings, or any tight fitting, stretchy pant, and tank top. You must wear longer pants for this class in order to protect the backs of your knees, however loose-fitting pants are not advised due to their tendency to get wrapped around the hoop. Individuals who have knee, hip, or joint issues are not recommended to take this class with out written permission from a physician.
Lyra (Aerial Hoop) 201
This class is going to take your basic hoop skills and bump them up a notch. We will focus on grips, holds, and transitions that will build core muscles while increasing awareness on the hoop.

Twerk Fit
That’s right, Brass Ovaries’ infamous twerk masters present, Twerk Fit! Learn to shake, wiggle, pop, and bounce your booty in this high energy class designed to give every dancer a fun workout. The class will incorporate lower body strengthening exercises to tighten and tone your lower half to balance out a poler’s physique. If you’re new to twerking or an advanced booty shaker, we invite you to come and twerk it out!
Rock Your Body
Rock Your Body is a fast-paced cardio/circuit boot camp designed to get your heart rate racing and your energy pumping. Each class will focus on maintaining proper alignment in order to maximize calorie burn when working out. This class is designed for all Levels and is NON-POLE related.
Hip Hop Fusion
Active Flexibility
Active stretching eliminates force and its adverse effects on your muscles. Active flexibility not only lengthens muscles but prepares them for dynamic action, like in exercise and dance. This class is for all Levels and a yoga mat is recommended.
