Exotic Floor Work and Flow Moves ($60 for public, or $65 for members)
In this class, we will focus on different floor work moves and most importantly you will learn “flow” which will help you transform your fluidity into a nostalgic routine . I will also add in my own sensual dance moves that will help you transition smoothly. We will begin the lesson with a warm-up, and then the fun starts as I attentively teach the hottest floor and flow moves. At the end of class, we will put all the moves together and dance full out to a hot song followed by a cool down.

If that sounds like you then take this workshop where I will be demonstrating my top 5 signature moves and combinations on static & spinning poles. I can guaranteed you that these will wow anybody. Class will begin with a warm-up, and then we’ll move on to pole tricks, as well as transitions into the moves. Alethea Austin: Signature Floor-Work
Alethea Austin, USPDF Champion 2010 and USPDF Miss Sexy 2009, is known as much for her floor-work as her skills on the pole. This 90 minute workshop aims to make students of all levels comfortable with their floor-work. Basic and advanced options are given to ensure that every student feels challenged. The class covers everything from flare leg moves, crawls, slinks, slides, and body rolls to more acrobatic floor-work such as shoulder-rolls, candlesticks and planks. In the last part of class, Alethea shows you how to incorporate all of the elements that you have learned into a fluid and sexy, musically attuned free floor dance.

Alethea Austin: Master Pole Workshop – Pure Pole
This 90 minute workshop taught by Alethea Austin, USPDF Champion 2010 and USPDF Miss Sexy 2009, is designed to take your Pole Tricks to the next level of performance on the pole. Class will be broken into beginning/intermediate and advance groups. Emphasis will be placed on achieving tricks each student is ready for and learning transitional options in and out. This class is open to all levels where you will be able to learn at your own pace. Individual attention will be given to each girl so that she can learn the tricks that she is personally ready for.

Cleo the Hurricane: Advanced Pole
Miss Pole Dance Australia winner ‘Cleo’ has lots of cool, different tricks and pole combinations to teach you with a bit of aussie flavor but for this workshop you must be at an advanced level. Can be taught on static or spinny pole. Learn her signature tricks such as the Iron Maiden, Twisted Sister, Hurricane kicks and Special K handstand or anything else you may have seen on Youtube.

Cleo the Hurricane: Rock N Pole
Cleo rocks you like a hurricane! Miss Pole Dance Australia winner Cleo is known for her awesome choreography and in this 1.5 hour workshop she will teach you a rockin’ routine to a whole song! Lots of sexy dancing, floorwork, head rolls, possibly some air guitar and intermediate pole tricks which can be tailored for beginners. And remember, everything is more fun in heels!

Guests can mix and match pole-dancing and aerial classes, including Pole Level 1, Aerial Hoop 101, Pole Fitness, and Pole Choreography. Hands master fundamental grips and spins in Pole Levels 1-5, and Aerial Hoop 101 perches guests atop a suspended ring—or lyra—to practice mounting, upper- and lower-knee hangs, spins, and breathing while upside-down. Pole Fit tones both limbs and torsos with nondance moves, and Pole Choreography outlines sinuous transitions between pole and floor work for gaze-grabbing routines. A limit of 10 students ensures that instructors can bestow corrective tips upon each attendee.
