Rules & Policies

• Registration and/ or class payment is due prior to attending class.
• All participants must be 18 years of age or older. Minors are allowed with parental or guardian release only.
• Groupons & Class cards must be presented prior to taking class.
• Open practice sessions are $5/hr and open to all Brass Ovaries students. You must have taken a pole class and signed a liability waiver before attending any open practice session.
• Cash, credit, and checks are accepted.
• There is a $10 fee for Late Cancels  and “No Shows.”
• There is a $25 canceled/returned check fee.

Due to the popularity of our unique services, you must make a reservation in advance for any of our classes or services. We also offer a wait list option.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow sufficient time to check in and address any concerns with the instructor. A credit card deposit is required to hold appointments for personal training and parties. If you are counted as a “no show” and/or fail to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged the full price of the class. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for the protection of our clients and staff.

We believe warm-ups are very important; if you are late to a Group Class you will not be permitted after the first 5 minutes, and therefore must reschedule.

Upon booking, please advise us of any ailments, disabilities, high blood pressure, or pregnancy. Consumption of alcohol before or during class is strictly prohibited. If you arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol, you will be asked to leave and charged for the full amount of the class/party, no refunds.

ALL group classes are RSVP only with limited enrollment. Class payments are non–refundable, there is no cash or credit card refund. Classes may be made up if canceled 24 hours in advance of class start time. (Please note: if you are using a Groupon Voucher or a Class Card the applicable dates stated on your voucher will still apply.)  Failure to cancel your class 24 hours in advance will forfeit your opportunity to make up your class. Remember, by canceling in advance, you allow another student the opportunity to enjoy your spot in class. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment, or forfeiture of your spot in a public Group Class.

Deposits for private parties are non-refundable, there is no cash or credit card refund.  Private parties may be made up within the following three months if canceled 7 days in advance of the party start time. Failure to cancel your party 7 days in advance, will forfeit your opportunity to make up your party.

All private lessons must be paid for at the time of the appointment.  Payment for private lessons are non-refundable. Private lessons may be made up within the following three months if canceled 48 hours in advance of the class start time.  (Please note: if you are using a private class card the applicable dates stated on your card will still apply.) Failure to cancel your party 48 hours in advance, will forfeit your opportunity to make up your class.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable. Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment 3 hours in advance or a “no show” on a gift certificate is considered used. Groupon certificates: Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment 3 hours in advance or a “no show” on a Groupon or a fee up to the amount of the Groupon price will apply.

 All memberships, class-packages and party deposits are non-refundable. Sorry, Gift Certificates and Class Pass cards that are lost or stolen will not be replaced. All sales are final. A 30-day notice is needed before any changes to our billing agreement take effect. This includes cancellation of memberships and pauses in billing. There is a $200 fee for early termination on annual memberships.

We do NOT offer make-ups for missed 8-Week Series classes. If you need to miss one of your 8-Week Series classes, we recommend that you schedule a private lesson with your instructor to make up the missed material.
